The events Team at the Coed-Y-Mwstwr Hotel have been busy finalising the menu for their Summer Luncheon event which is to be followed by a talk about all things art & I am delighted to announce the menu is as follows:

 

 Light Tomato Consomme

Welsh goats curd tortellini, heritage tomatoes, basil oil

Grilled mackerel fillet

Garnished with marsh herbs

Panko breaded Scampi and Monkfish tail

Charred cucumber, warm dill and caper mayo, potato galette, pea tendrils
